This pivotal role is essential for driving our growth and operational excellence.

Position: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location: Exeter, UK (Hybrid role with 2 days required on-site). Applicants who are interested in a hybrid/remote role outside of this area are still welcome to apply.

Salary: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum

Job Overview: As the COO of Loopin, you will play a critical role in overseeing the company's daily operations and driving the execution of our business strategies. Your leadership will be key in scaling our operations, driving commercial growth, enhancing efficiency, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's objectives and growth plans.

  • Oversee daily operations and ensure efficient, effective, and scalable processes are in place.

  • Manage and optimise the performance of key departments, including sales, marketing, product development, and customer support.

  • Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

  • Implement and manage robust operational metrics to monitor performance and drive decision-making.

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and the board to shape the company's strategic direction and long-term vision.

  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high standards of corporate governance.

  • Drive initiatives to improve customer satisfaction and enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role, preferably within the technology sector. 

  • Strong track record of successfully scaling operations and managing cross-functional teams.

  • Experience in driving both subscription and enterprise sales.

  • Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a diverse team.
